Love the App!! The only improvement that I would recommend is on the map page. In the map view it shows all the sharks that are being track with an orange dot or blue dot. Instead a having to go to the shark page to see the name of the shark I should be able to touch the orange dot on the map view and it will pull it up!!

Needs an update badly for shark info doesnt come up and new sharks are old and dont clear and it doesnt necessarily update the pings.

I have been using this app for a while now and I enjoy following the sharks, especially Mary Lee. Its nice to see new sharks and their information, photos and videos. But, the last few months the information tab for each shark has not been working at all. I hope they are just being updated and will be up and working again soon. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Disappointed that I cant look up the sharks anymore. Used to be able to tap on dot and it would even show a pic. Not happy as I follow this close living in the Florida Keys.

As soon as I upgraded to iOS 10 two weeks ago, I am no longer able to tap on the dots to see what the origin or type of shark is. So disappointed! Please fix!!!!

I cannot click and get the popups any longer

The identification by tapping ping stopped working months ago and even uninstalling the app and reinstalling doesnt fix it. Plus no updates in almost a year doesnt help.

The app doesnt work like it used to cant see the shark details or types when you click on them please fix!

This is a really freaking great idea for an app but its done all wrong. Why would I want to know where random sharks are in the ocean. I want to get to know the sharks. I want to know where they have been, I want to know their history, who tagged them, what type of shark they are, how big they are. All this info or at least as much info as is know about these sharks, which must be a decent amount if they were tagged needs to be available when you click on the shark. Also I am trying to see who the two shark near Naples Florida right now are, and I cant because you can tap a shark on a map and be told where who they are. In order to figure out who those sharks are I would have to click on EVERY SINGLE SHARK one shark at a time just just to figure out who they are. This is a simple and obvious feature that anybody would know is necessary on an app like this. PLEASE FIX IT NOW. OMG

The idea for this tracker app is great however there are some serious updates needed. Id love to be able to click a shark on the map and pull that sharks info. Instead I have to go through the entire list of sharks to try and figure out which one in in my waters. My family would have a great time with this app at our beach house if it was more user friendly. A few minor adjustments and this is 5 star all the way

I used to check this app every day and track my favorite sharks. I have been obsessed! But as time progresses and still no update to this app, it loses more and more functionality and becomes very challenging to use. The web site is not designed to be easy to use on a mobile device, so I feel like I am getting pushed out. I have great interest in your research and in getting my friends and family into it, but your use of technology to share your work is a barrier. Please give this more attention! Its time to redesign!

So I love this app. Its so incredibly cool being able to track the sharks. What would be even better is if the sharks profiles would work on my app!!! Super frustrating. I cant look at any of their information, while my friend who also has the app can access the information no problem! PLEASE FIX

I Love the app. However I would love to have more information for example what kind of shark it is or like a shark profile. And it would also be awesome to favorite sharks so you can get notifications when they ping so you can actually track them. Great app but would love to see more

I used to check on Big Kahuna all the time but my phone broke and I forgot to download this app until today. The only complaint I have is why did you guys take down their profiles? They had to have pictures and videos and a little bio. But now they have nothing but just the graph of their pings? Lame. Also, the app is being VERY slow and VERY glitchy.

I would love to be able to learn more about the sharks that are being tracked. Is it possible to get that info onto the app? I would love to know if MacAttack or Don are Great Whites or other types of sharks at the very least. Great app concept but needs that fix!

Its a fun app, its really cool to see where all the tagged sharks are. Would be nice to know more about the shark Im tracking besides its name. Is it a great white? Is it a mako? The app is also slow. Needs a lot of work.

I really enjoy this app other than when I zoom in and think that the sharks are close to land they are really on it. It makes me so mad

My friend had this app and it was really cool! I downloaded it to show my son after telling him about it. What a waste of time and space! If this app was restored to its glory it would be awesome. Dont waste your time with this one. 12/31/16

So I have had this app downloaded for a long time and when I first downloaded it I could click on each individual ping and view the sharks profile. Now, after a recent update, I am no longer able to. I have to go on the website now to view the sharks information, such as pictures, initial tracking date, weight, stage of life, and the type of shark. I find that not having this is kind of an inconvenience... I would simply like to know more about the sharks without having to pull them up on the website. Thank you, Ly.
